Michael Pelczynski is a recognized innovator in the music industry, shaping the future of music rights, digital economics, and AI-driven business models. With a career spanning strategic leadership at major music and tech companies, he has played a pivotal role in evolving the streaming economy, championing fairer artist compensation, and pioneering ethical AI practices.

As Co-Founder and Chief Strategy & Impact Officer at Voice-Swap, Michael leads vision, development, and industry alignment to ensure AI voice tech is built with transparency and accountability. He conceptualized and launched the first technical certification for AI voice models -- an industry-first in collaboration with BMAT Music Innovators -- setting new ethical standards for AI adoption in music.

He also serves as EVP of Digital Strategy at Rostrum Pacific, overseeing business development, licensing, and partnerships across all subsidiaries, including SpaceHeater Distribution. His focus includes DSP and marketplace strategy, AI-driven distribution enhancements, M&A, and R&D into emerging tech and revenue streams.

Previously, Michael was instrumental in developing SoundCloud’s Fan-Powered Royalties model -- the first user-centric payout system from a major DSP -- shaping industry-wide conversations on streaming economics. At Warner Music Group, he led efforts in catalog strategy, monetization, and digital rights optimization.
