MariGlue (NL)

MariGlue brings a warm, sunny energy to the booth that reflects directly in her music selection. A Colombian DJ based in Amsterdam, her sets are a genuine celebration of her roots, bridging the classic sounds of her heritage with the fresh electronic music currently emerging across Latin, Central and North America.

Her sound is deeply personal. She loves spinning nostalgic gems that bring her back in time and remind her of growing up in Colombia — music that her parents danced to during their youth, which instantly transports both the crowd and her back to those moments at home. At the same time, she loves playing with rhythms from other countries, blending these nostalgic classics with the exciting new wave of electronic producers to collectively elevate the incredible rhythms of Latin America.

Moving between cumbia, champeta, Afro-Colombian rhythms, salsa and Latin rock, alongside hip-hop, reggaetón, electronic beats and other similar sounds, her style is warm, playful and always a little surprising. She stays closely connected to the crowd, letting the energy of the dancefloor guide where the music goes, while often weaving in meaningful themes of identity, resistance and women-led narratives.

Beyond her sets at events like De Weide Festival, Wolvenroedel’s Dagkapers, Landjuweel (Boogie Bos), Burning Man Dutch Decompression and Luv&DeFestival (Lux), she is also a co-organizer of Lowfriends Amsterdam.
