Mandy Salem-Aubry is an independent music business professional with thirty years of international experience spanning multiple genres, sectors, markets and cultures across the music industry. The breadth and variety of her experience have given her a distinctive perspective on the music business, helping her identify opportunities, connect people and ideas, and create value across a wide range of projects and partnerships.

Through MSA Music Services, she helps people and businesses navigate the music industry, buildsustainable careers and ventures, and connect with the opportunities, partnerships and expertise that can make a meaningful difference. Her work spans publishing and rights management, business management, sync representation, music-tech advisory, partnership development and investor relations. Supported by a trusted international network built over many years, she brings people together, opens conversations, and helps ideas move forward.

Her current client roster spans Metal, Alternative, Electronic, Gospel and Christian music, with extensive publishing and advisory experience across West Africa. Her wider roster has included Slipknot, Jason Mraz, One Direction, Tori Amos, Nickelback, Moloko and Downtown Music Publishing. Before founding MSA Music Services, she held senior roles at Roadrunner Records, Fintage House and Songtrust.

Reflecting the breadth of her experience and industry relationships, Mandy is International Conference Director for Athens Music Week, Conference Programme Associate for the IMPF Global Music Summit, a MiCannes committee member, and a regular moderator at international conferences. She is recognised for creating informed, engaging discussions that connect music, technology, and business, while bringing together diverse perspectives from across the global music ecosystem.

She offers mentoring shaped by years of experience across countries, cultures and career stages. Alongside ongoing individual mentoring, she has contributed to industry development programmesincluding Keychange, Culttech Academy, Music Tech Europe Academy and Help Musicians. Mandy is a Mental Health First Aider, an Associate Member of the Independent Music Publishers Forum (IMPF), and a former Executive Board Member of the Association for Electronic Music (AFEM), of which she remains a member.
