As Operations Manager of the production and research team at Sizzer, Mai is responsible for overseeing all outgoing music productions as well as coordinating artist, publishing and neighbouring rights contracts. Being a woman in the music industry herself, she has developed a passion for creating more spaces dedicated to empowering and bringing together other women in the industry. With this years’ Sizzer x Music Matters She Writes writing camp, she has designed a program aimed at inspiring more women to claim their space in music and further amplifying the voices of female composers within the music & advertising world, setting the tone for her future plans and focus within the industry. Next to her activities at Sizzer, Mai is active as a singer and songwriter herself, releasing her own music under the artist name mai.
