LuxNL is definitely the comeback kid to watch. Playing for crowds since 1994, having taken a break from professional DJ’ing until three years ago, he is resurrecting his passion for music back into the industry with full intentions like the speed of light. Known for his diverse love for the house music sub-genres, he always creates an uplifting and progressive vibe in which dancing is the reflex you will have.

Born in Amsterdam as Lars Luksen and influenced throughout the 90s and 00s by well-known labels like iT records, Strictly Rhythm, Defected and Toolroom, he brings the dancefloor alive with plenty ammunition. Highlights of the last years were a mix of massive and smaller gigs, locally in Utrecht (King’s Night), but also in London (Defected HQ), Manchester, Malta (Bora-Bora, Miracle’s, Club Babylon) and Ibiza (Eden) to name a few.

LuxNL is a DJ who has House as his first love and thoroughly enjoys mixing his sets up with a variety of adjacent styles like Disco, Funk, UK Garage, Tech House, the Classics, as well as other genres he feels, to create those special euphoric dancefloor memories consistently mindful of his receiving crowd. Easily transitioning between underground and commercial, sampling acapella’s on top to add richness to existing tracks. His ability to achieve the right balance between driving the crowd and letting them embrace the moment is really something. Already having been on the line-ups with some amazing artists; Armin van Buuren, Low Steppa and Crusy, he took the opportunity to fine tune his own style of chunky basslines with substance and attitude, resonating melodies and stunning soulful vocals. He continues to contribute to YouTube by collaborating with promising artists in back-to-back sessions. He definitely has something to offer the dance music industry and is one to watch closely for he is also aiming to expand his creativity in production.

2025 brings exciting times, as Lars’s new brand ‘FROW Motion’, together with Nessie and Zeus (aka JK) is being launched. Together they are presenting its debut at ADE conference and festival and is promised to set a new example of creating a symbiotic connection between the crowd and artists through the gift of music.
