LOUT (DE)

By a stroke of luck, the two electro DJs Oliver Lipp and Tatjana Ufheil met in a small and popular bar in Mannheim. They immediately clicked, both personally and musically, and founded the DJ duo LOUT (Lipp Oliver - Ufheil Tatjana) in 2019. Just one year later, they launched their first own productions.

True to the motto “Life is a Remix!”, former classics from various genres were rearranged with the now typical LOUT sound. The label MONKEY LEAGUE became aware of the two and signed the duo. Their first release “MAMA” went straight to number 4 in the Beatport Progressive House ALBUM charts. This was followed in summer 2022 by another top track “KILLER”, which took LOUT straight to number 1 in the Beatport Top 100 Progressive House Charts.

The duo uses its pumping progressive sound, which skillfully and in great detail re-stages driving beats and mature pads paired with strong drops. This special sound does not remain undiscovered. Big names such as Paul van Dyk, MEDUZA and Giuseppe Ottaviani have already played the tracks at numerous festivals, clubs and podcasts around the world.

Meanwhile LOUT started a Collaboration with Paul Van Dyk. In October 2024, the LOUT-Remix FOR AN ANGEL was released on Paul Van Dyk’s 30th Anniversery-Album and Vinyl of this All-Time-Classic. A second track in Collaboration with PvD “Take me away” was released in March 2025.The two now enjoy a rapidly growing fan base and their productions regularly reach the top 10 of the Beatport charts.

As thoroughbred DJs, LOUT are absolutely focused on captivating the audience at Back2Back with their sets of melodic techno and progressive house, playing themselves into a frenzy of positive vibes, pressing beats, passion and emotional passages of classics and current sounds
