LIMITS (BE)

Artist
It takes an especially gifted producer to take inspiration from such a wide spectrum of influences and craft it into something that is utterly unique. LIMITS, aka Andras Vleminckx, must be one of those rare breeds. Whether he takes on deep house, future bass or Detroit techno, his sound is instantly recognizable. Unsurprisingly, he got picked up by British leading electronica label Eton Messy, who released his debut track ‘Fading Away’ in 2015. The follow up single, "Keep On", appeared on Belgium's own Potion imprint a few months later. Set for release very soon, ‘Masterpiece’ ventures into a deeper, more melancholic sound, wallowing in a state of monochrome desire. If the feature in Tomorrowland’s "Friendship Mix" is an indicator for the track’s potential, then exciting times are ahead for the teary-eyed banger of a tune. After numerous live appearances abroad such as Eton Messy's nights at ADE, Electric Brixton (London), Motion (Bristol), and a showcase at Eurosonic, LIMITS is leaving the confines of the studio for the festival summer and ensuing club season. His current release, "Falling", which is out on PIAS' sister label Different Recordings, is currently on rotation on Belgium's most prominent national radio stations. LIMITS has received support from Claptone, The Magician, Netsky, Blonde, Lost Frequencies, The Aston Shuffle, Klingande, Tiësto, and many more.
