Leo Duarte is Founder and CEO at CAUSE, a worldwide booking- and management agency with heavy focus on the Latin America market.
Born in Germany and growing up in Peru, he is used to move between two very different cultures, which allowed him to build strong relationships on both sides of the pond.
After having worked on the tour schedules of artists like Loco Dice, Danny Tenaglia and Anfisa Letyago, he decided to go independent at the age of 29, becoming a talent incubator for upcoming acts from South America and the rest of the world.
Leo also leads the booking department at Padlock Artists, a Uruguay-based agency that represents the likes of Luuk van Dijk, Locklead, Mateo Dufour, DJ Senc, Pancratio, M-High and more in LATAM.
