I founded elRow with a very clear mission of entertaining people around the world, something my family has done for more than 150 years. I am responsible for setting the strategic direction and vision of elRow,. Leadership for the senior management of elRow’s executive team, and for high-level relationship with leading promoters and other partners around the world. Today elRow does more than 150 events a year in over 60 cities and more than 1 million people dance with us. Along with my sister Cruz, we are also responsible for maintaining the values and brand essence of elRow while we manage the growth in five continents
