Jennifer Cooke (NL)

Jennifer Cooke, a young lady, coming from a mixed Gambian and Surinam origin. Born in 1986 in Amsterdam, grew up in the Centre of Amsterdam where she did her primary education. She graduated at the age of 17 at the School of Arts. It was then that Jennifer devoted all her time to the world of Music. In the period from 2001 to 2012 a lot of progress has been booked like recording in professional studio’s in the Netherlands. As a great milestone Jennifer released her first official single called You Got it Goin’ On with International success. This song was played by nr. 1 Radio Stations in several countries like England and Russia and ended up in the top 100. During this period (2009) the song „Permission Granted (remixed by Ryan Marciano & Sunnery James) appeared on the Dirty Dutch House vol. 1. The single ended up in the charts and was supported by international dj’s. In 2011, Jennifer started a live repertoire and performed together with national and international artists like Alain Clark, Leona Lewis and Kelly Rowland In addition to her live repertoire, Jennifer is also frequently seen and heard as a vocalist during several House events. As a songwriter and singer, Jennifer has worked and still works as a singer/songwriter along with various major labels such as Cloud9Music, Armada Music, Spinnin’ Records and many more. In June 2012 Jennifer and her team decided to sign a publishing deal with the prestigious dance label and publisher: Cloud9 Publishing as singer and songwriter. Together with this team Jennifer put the next step in her rising career and work with even more talented national and international songwriters, singers and producers. Jennifer releases tracks every year by major labels and her music is supported by people like Armin Van Buuren, Above&Beyond, Cosmic Gate, W&W, Laid-back Luke, Paul Oakenfold, Thomas Gold, Lost Frequencies, Chuckie, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano and Bingo Players. Nowadays Jennifer Cooke is performing next to the biggest and grooviest House DJ’s with an outstanding voice full of power and amazing stage energy. In the summer of 2015 Jennifer performed at Pacha Ibiza and In October 2015 she did a guest appearance at the sold out I Am Hardwell Concert in Istanbul. After years of experience next to wonderful and talented DJ's worldwide she wanted to do something different, something new and out of this world. Jennifer worked for months and watched how her favorite DJ's have been spinning next to her for years. She felt that she could do more than just be the host of the evening. Something with even more power and musical freedom. Jennifer dedicated to become part of the world of DJ'ing and making sure she rules the show with her powerful vocals and sing one of my latest songs live which have been released by major labels. She has been making music for years and now it's time to push that to another level.
