Jelena Grozdanich is a New York-based music executive with over a decade of experience at the intersection of music, story, and screen.

As Director of Sync at Soundstripe, Jelena leads the global sync strategy across film, television, advertising, and brand storytelling, connecting Soundstripe’s catalog with the visual projects that amplify them. Prior to Soundstripe, she spent over a decade at Sony Music and Columbia Records shaping sync strategy and securing placements across acclaimed series, films, games, and campaigns. Throughout her career she has worked on projects involving artists spanning generations and genres, including Beyoncé, Bob Dylan, Harry Styles, Adele, Bruce Springsteen, Miley Cyrus, and Tyler, The Creator, to name a few.
