Jaideep has over 15 years of diverse experience in creating Large format Music Properties with presence across Ground, Online, Mobile and TV, Strategic business Planning and Business development. He has been a pioneer in setting up many new and innovative revenue streams in the media business. Over the last few years he has successfully created many properties across all genres of music and entertainment. He has been the man behind many major multiplatform live properties of Viacom India. Some of the big ones are MTV Video Music Awards India, Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards India, Vh1 Supersonic Goa 2013 (5 day Dance Music Festival at Goa with 112 artists and more than 50K audiences), MTV Xtreme (Rock and Extreme Sports festival featuring Megadeth) are amongst many other properties executed by the Live Business of Viacom18. He has also been behind creating many successful Broadcast properties in youth/Music genres with innovations across varied business categories and have extensive knowledge of Global Media Trends.
