Itsja got into DJing and production in her twenties, picking up some early behind the scenes experience through internships at DJ Mag and Rotterdam Rave back in 2016/17. Life got busy and music took a backseat for a while, but the past couple of years she slowly found her way back to playing tunes and producing.

Her sound has come a long way since those early hard techno days. Now it’s all about deep melodic house and disco, warmer, more soulful, with a groove that runs through everything she plays. Less about intensity, more about vibe and feeling.
