Co-founder of the renowned collective Vocoder, and an important part of Infona Beat Sound System Crew and Nuestro Futuro
Records, DREXC has long been a crucial figure in the underground scene in CDMX. His influences began with the sound of Underground Resistance, Front 242, Tresor Records, Hardhouse, Transmat, sounds that marked him as a true lover of Techno from Detroit and Berlin.

Since his beginnings as a DJ in 1998 and through the years, he began a strong connection with artists and collectives from Detroit: UR, Detroit Techno Militia, G. Mitchell, Scan 7, Joey Beltram, Keith Tucker, J. Shaw, Augustus Williams, Abdul Qadim Haqq, ICAN, Nuestro Futuro Records, working side by side to create a series of strictly underground parties in CDMX

His passion and love for the vinyl format led him to put together a great collection. His skills with this format behind the turntables and a true commitment to the scene have built DREXC's solid reputation, carrying the Vocoder Collective banner to other countries, performing as a DJ at Techno parties in cities such as Berlin, Amsterdam,
Valencia, Stockholm, New York, Los Angeles and his beloved city of Detroit. He has shared the stage with Mark Flash, Santiago Salazar, Esteban Adame, Dj Roach, Suburban Knight, DJ T-1000, Amotik, Claude Young, Drivetrain.

The mission and vision of DJ DREXC a.k.a. Irving Vázquez is to create parties of high auditory quality, not for the masses, to transmit the real essence of the Techno sound, with artists from the collective and from various parts of the world. This has led him to create a series of events that have gained great relevance in CDMX, the US and Europe: IN TECHNO WE TRUST
