DJ E-Funk (DE)

Born and raised in Stuttgart, Germany, DJ EFUNK has become a familiar name across the global underground house scene. His sound draws from the roots of Chicago House Music, Detroit, New York, and San Francisco with touches of French filtered and Jackin' House styles. He began as a teenage DJ deeply involved in hip hop and funk culture, spinning at school parties and local clubs in Ludwigsburg and Stuttgart.Inspired by the black American DJs performing in the region such as Cut Master Rob, he developed advanced turntable skills and went on to place third in the official DMC Competition. During his university years, EFUNK co-founded the BASEMENT parties, bringing the authentic Chicago and New York housesound to the local underground crowd. What started as passion later evolved into the current Underground Vault Project, a mix series on Mix cloud that reaches global top 5-10 positions and grew into a syndicated radio show broadcast on major stations across the USA andEurope. Today, EFUNK's sets are featured on House Nation Radio, Radio Waah, House fusion Radio, Real House Radio, We Get Lifted Radio, Houswerx, HouseRadio.net and F-Radio.gr, among others. His guest appearances include Kiss FM Australia, Calis House Nation Radio, Houswerx, HouseAttack Radio, Soul Jack Digital, Ibiza Stardust Radio,Radio Dj sound, ClubRMX Radiofy. In 2023, he made his debut as a producer with Music in the Night on Scuba Grooves label. With new releases in the pipeline for DJ International Records in Chicago, EFUNK continues to shape a futuristic sound that stays true to the underground ChicagoHouse Legacy that inspired him from the start.
