Desh (LK)

Udesh Buddika, known as Desh, is a Sri Lankan-born DJ based in Romania, with a sound rooted in house and progressive house. Starting his journey as a mobile DJ in 2009, Desh built his craft over the years before making a bold move to Europe in 2022 to take his passion to the next level.

That same year, he won 1st place at the Spinner Disk DJ Competition, hosted by SunFM and Hotel Vibration, marking a major milestone in his career. Since then, Desh has been performing across Europe, earning recognition—especially within the Sri Lankan community—for his deep, groovy, and emotionally charged sets.

In 2024, he began producing his own music, channeling over a decade of experience into a new creative direction. With a growing presence and a true passion for progressive soundscapes, Desh continues to connect people through rhythm, energy, and emotion.
