Chris Stephenson is Chief Marketing Officer of SFX Entertainment and head of FX1, SFX’s in-house creative agency. Prior to joining Robert F.X. Sillerman’s team in 2011, Chris was CMO of Interscope Records and previously served as General Manager of Global Marketing for Microsoft Entertainment. No stranger to electronic music culture, Chris launched the Ministry Of Sound label in North America in 2001, bringing the iconic brand stateside. Chris’ experience also includes his role as Senior Vice President of Marketing at House of Blues Entertainment, where he focused on marketing and artist development. Before moving to the US, Chris began his career in entertainment at MTV Europe in the early nineties, where he supported the network’s expansion into 32 countries and managed multiple award-winning international programs, including the European Music Awards. An internationally ranked endurance athlete, Chris has competed in the Ironman World Championships on multiple occasions and also the Ultramarathon World Championships.
