2pole – Marcus Schmahl and Mark Ullrich, two national well known producers teamed up under this project name to spread some high qualitative output on the techno market. Their first EP, which was released this September on the Octopus Recordings Subdivison “Hydrozoa”, instantly entered the Beatport Top10 techno charts. In November the next EP was to follow up on Christian Smith´s Imprint “Tronic Music”, with also good placements in the beatport charts, which was directly honored with a slot on the annual ALL STARS compilation. The year will be brought to an end with the next EP on Sasha Carassi´s label “Phobiq”, while they are already working on the production of their first studio album. A new, aspiring techno duo, which you definitely should keep an eye on.
