Marit Posch (DE) Marit is the General Manager Germany at IDOL, an independent digital distributor based in Paris with offices in London, Berlin, L.A., Nashville and Johannesburg, the co-founder of both Hyper Culture and Parenthood In Music as well as a board member of the VUT. Marit has been working in pretty much every field of the label business: Label & Artist Management, PR, Online Marketing and Publishing. Josephine Zwaan (NL) Josephine is co-founder of rosetta., the platform for female and gender nonconforming music producers in the Netherlands. In addition to being an artist and music producer, Josephine is also a researcher and consultant in the field of diversity, inclusion, decolonization and innovation in the music industry and music education.
