Did you know that you can create microphones from almost anything? Audio fanatic @thomasvopstal, with engineering and studiosession credits for artists such as Mr. Probz, Yung Nnelg, Wutang Clan & FKJ can prove it! This audio technicus with a passion for anything audio-related, has gained quite some popularity on TikTok by creatively crafting hardware such as microphones and speakers from the most odd objects. Can't believe it? Join Thomas during ADE Lab for a live masterclass by the audio wizard himself and watch the process in real life! Thomas started his career as head audio at RedBullMusic Studios Amsterdam. The same studio he now runs as studiomanager, called Atlantisstudio. He started to explore the world of social media in 2021, using Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube for his daily posts of videos about everything that has to do with recording and mixing music. From recording- and mixingtips to making microphones out of almost anything.

Our conferences are accessible for all ages in general. Do note that when alcoholic beverages are served, access can be denied.
