Lilah Flipped Da Beat Yah - The Inspiring Story of Roselilah She is the first Dutch woman to win a Grammy Award in the rap category, for her work on Baby Keem and Kendrick Lamar’s ‘Family Ties’. Just a year earlier the 21 Savage album she worked on, was also nominated at the Grammy’s. She worked on several multi-platinum records by the biggest international and national stars. In this talk we discuss the inspiring and uplifting story of producer Roshwita ‘Roselilah’ Bacha from Utrecht, The Netherlands, who at 26 has built a career as a mega successful international producer and whose sample packs with her unique instrumental and drum sounds are in high demand. She discusses her strong determination and the risks she took, that helped her launch from producing at her parents' home to the biggest stage in the music industry.
