Islandman
Islandman is a live electro-acoustic trio from Turkey, consisting of Tolga Böyük, Eralp Güven, and Erdem Başer. Their music can be described as a unique blend of mellow electronic structures and dance beats with spacey live guitars, supported by shamanic rhythms. The idea behind Islandman is to bring Turkish 'psychedelia' and African roots music together with the electric universe. The band's strength is that they manage to create the perfect balance between electronic structures and acoustic harmonies. During the pandemic, Islandman recorded their third album, which they are eager to show off at their live performances.
