This October, ADE and Ravel join forces in extending the creative spirit of the festival from Amsterdam’s narrow streets into the bytes of data that conform the metaverse. The partnership aims to future-proof the ADE Pro conference and, by using the latest metaverse technology, to blend the experience of online and offline visitors into a smart hybrid event.

Blendrealities, a two-part hybrid and virtual event, brings together creators, artists, and tech enthusiasts alike. The first half of the program is hosted as a hybrid experience, where guests can join physically at Felix Meritis Amsterdam or hop in online with their avatars in a digital twin of the venue. The second half of the event takes place fully online in a metaverse world commemorating one of Amsterdam’s recognisable landmarks.

Discussing metaverse in the metaverse is by definition meta, creating an interesting layer to the program of mind-provoking panel discussions and insightful dialogues. Together with our co-curating partner met-ams.xyz we are proud to announce the first two speakers of the event as Blake Lemoine, who will join us to talk about the ethics of advanced AI, and Oana Ruxandra, sharing insights about the impact of web3 technology on the music industry. Keep yourself updated about the event program on the ADE Blendrealities page.
