Yoga Session by Equal Yoga

Recharge yourself during ADE with a yoga session powered by Equal Yoga. Unplug for an hour and expect a full-body workout – at a moderate pace – exploring the postures and fundamental principles of Vinyasa yoga. Work every muscle, increase your strength and flexibility. Make sure to wear something comfy that doesn’t get in the way of folding yourself into a pretzel. No shoes, no phones, just you. Mats provided.

Limited spots available, please register before Thursday 09:00 via university@amsterdam-dance-event.nl
