Suzy Ryoo is the Co-Founder, President & Chief Strategy Officer of Q&A alongside co-founders Troy Carter & J. Erving. Q&A is a modern music and technology company seeking to empower the next generation of artists through technology, tools and services.
She's worked at the intersection of technology, entertainment and media in Los Angeles for the past 10 years. Since 2015, she has served as the VP of Technology & Innovation at Atom Factory as well as a Partner at early stage venture capital fund Cross Culture Ventures, where she finds, invests in and builds alongside entrepreneurs creating next generation companies. Over the past eight years, Atom Factory and Cross Culture have invested in nearly 100 companies including Lyft, Uber, Dropbox, Warby Parker, Spotify, MOAT, Slack, TheSkimm, Beautycon, Gimlet Media, Fair, PlayVS, Wonderschool, Yumi, Seed, Blavity, Blueland, Catalyte and Thrive Market. Suzy also works with Troy Carter in Atom Factory's role as the entertainment advisor to the Prince Estate.
Suzy graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California where she received the Order of Troy and the Marshall Lifetime Achievement Award. In 2013, she was a Riordan Fellow at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and she is currently a Kauffman Fellow. Suzy serves on the advisory council at the USC Marshall Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies, the national technology advisory board for Delta Airlines, and the board of non-profit, URBAN TxT (Teens Exploring Technology) which exists to enable thousands of South Los Angeles teens to become catalysts of change through technology, community and leadership. Suzy is originally from South Korea, and immigrated to the United States in 1992.
