First-Timers Welcome Session

Note: Please arrive no later than 10.55 as the tour will be leaving at 11am sharp!

Starting at 11.00 in the Grand Café - turn immediate left after entering the DeLaMar Theater - this tour is for first-time visitors and anyone who is unsure of the layout of the main venue. Participants will also be shown how to easily get to Sound Lab and MusicTalks in the Brakke Grond and the Compagnie Theater. The tour will start at 11.00 sharp so please be early to avoid missing the departure. The 30-minute tour will start with a visit to all the conference and networking rooms in the DeLaMar Theater before heading outside to show delegates the Melkweg, the Stadsschouwberg, alongside where to pick up a tram in order to get to the two Sound Lab venues that are situated behind the Rokin.

ADE's Conference program features multiple conference tracks and offers the ultimate business and inspiration platform in the field of electronic music, attracting music- and related industry professionals, start-ups, aspiring producers and musicians, students, VJs, visual artists and stage designers.

The main conference venue is the DeLaMar Theatre in Amsterdam. The other venues are within walking distance from the theatre. You can find all conference venues here.

All you have to do is to make sure you purchased a ticket for the conference. Both the ADE Pass and ADE Conference Pass will gain you access to the full conference program including all tracks and ADE by Day program. If you do not like to attend the full conference, we also offer single sub-conference tickets (available soon).
