Zou Xiaoman is the co-founder and COO of Kanjian Music, China's leading industry services company. In this role, she works to shape, implement and execute the organization’s strategy and vision. Zou was personally responsible for bringing the Kanjian brand to its domestic leadership position. Under her guidance, Kanjian Music has become the first-choice business partner for Chinese super-idols including Luhan, Jackson Wang and Hongyu Chen, as well as a preferred supplier for the likes of Huawei, Xiaomi, China Mobile, WPS and Tencent Pictures, among others. Prior to starting Kanjian Music, she held senior roles at China's popular eBook services 17K (17K小说网) and Sweet Potato (红薯网), the latter of which she also co-founded.
