Winner of Fatboy Slim and LWE Events 2016 DJ competition; you’ll never hear another set quite like Wax Worx’s… In 2016 he went on to support Fatboy Slim at Tobacco Dock, Seth Troxler at the Brighton Music Conference after party, headlined Wildlife Festivals Kopparberg Stage and played on the Space Ibiza farewell tour when it landed in his hometown of Brighton. Constantly working hard in the studio and creating his own personal edits, his unique style and energy always keeps the dance floor wanting more. From his early days working in a record store in Vancouver, to going on and playing the biggest clubs and festivals in Canada, plus a 7 night a week residency for Ministry of Sound in Egypt, Wax Worx experience behind the decks really shines through. The last 18 months has seen a huge hit with his remix of Human Resource classic ‘Dominator’ on Armada Subjekt, plus further releases on world class labels such as Coyus’ Suara, Low Steppas Simma and Mihalis Safras Playmobil, along with support from Monki on Radio 1 and Shadow Child on Rinse FM, his music can be heard in some of the most well known clubs and stages worldwide, played by some the most heavyweight DJs around today, including Carl Cox, Eats Everything, Paco Osuna, Claude Von Stroke, Todd Terry, Sante, Solardo and Jamie Jones to name just a choice few… Currently monthly resident host for Data Transmission on Pioneer DJ Radio, and joint label boss of Shanghaied Records, Wax Worx is one of house music’s biggest rising stars…
