Swoose (IE)

Swoose is the newest name to add to the rapidly growing list of Irish house exports. Joining the likes of Bicep, Ejeca and SDC, the man known to his parents as Danny Simpson has quickly established himself as a reliable go-to within the local (and now national) scene. Swoose is one that began to rise swiftly, having cut his teeth at underground shindigs Kaleida and Jika Jika, shortly before joining the ranks of electronic institutions Shine, and it's equally reliable little sister, The Stiff Kitten as resident. This role led Simpson to regularly appear on lineups alongside stalwarts Loco Dice, Nina Kraviz, Ricardo Villalobos, Maya jane coles & Kerri chandler to name a few Heavily inspired by the recent resurgence in nineties-influenced house, recent signing to the Extended Play imprint have contributed to continued Swoose success, with showcases at the we love closing party @ Space, Ibiza, Panorama Bar, XOYO, Corsica Studios and the Manchester's infamous Warehouse project adding as strings to his already impressive bow. Now based in London, 2016 sees the output of further Swoose studio material, as well as Simpson spreading his wings in a noticeably more international capacity
