Sander Groet is founder of Mystery Land in 1993, this was the first Dutch dance festival. After that he joined Duncan Stutterheim at ID&T and was responsible for all new events and festivals.
In 2010 he was founding partner in club AIR and AIR events.
AIR events is organising dance festivals in Amsterdam like Amsterdam Open AIR, Valhalla, Tik Tak, Buiten Westen and Milkshake.
Now he's developing The ADAM toren. This tower is undergoing a huge transformation at the moment.
It will be re-opened early in 2016. This landmark will be the host of the music industry, an observation deck, a boutique hotel, several bars, clubs and restaurants, a creative members club and a loft.
The expected amount of visitors on the observation deck will be around 400.000 a year and for the whole tower around 1 million a year.
ADAM will also be the headoffice of ID&T and Massive music.
