Brooklyn producer and party maestro Sammy Bananas lives up to his name, crafting tracks that pay respect to dance music’s past while simultaneously charting it’s quirky, funky future. Over the past decade he's released music on labels like Fool's Gold, Innovative Leisure and Bastard Jazz and moved dance floors in over 100 cities worldwide.

It's this heavy traveling which led him to found DJs for Climate Action (DJs4CA) in 2011, organizing colleagues to purchase carbon offsets for their air travel and touring. Today, DJs4CA works to harness the influence of dance music and DJ culture to power climate solutions and generate action. In 2018 they created EARTH NIGHT, a global party, fundraiser and awareness initiative build around the annual celebration of Earth Day.
