Maykel Piron (NL)

Maykel Piron is one of the three founders of — and the driving force behind — Armada Music, the biggest independent dance music label in the world. He has been the CEO of Armada Music since its founding in 2003 and has steered the label toward major commercial successes, including Armin van Buuren’s GRAMMY nomination for ‘This Is What It Feels Like’, Loud Luxury and Brando’s ‘Body’ surpassing of one billion streams on Spotify, D.O.D’s recent U.K. Top 40 position with ‘So Much In Love’ and breaking artists such as Lost Frequencies into global stardom.

In April 2023, Maykel Piron co-founded — and became the CEO of — Beat Music Fund, the world’s first-ever dance music investment company. He is also a co-founder and member of the board of internationally acclaimed music publisher Cloud 9 Music.
