Marco Man (NL)

Growing up in Haarlem, Marco’s weekends consisted of travelling to Amsterdam’s finest venues such as Trouw and Studio 80. These nights (and days, and nights…) inspired him to start his own record collection, and it is rapidly becoming a very special one. Quickly glancing through Marco’s boxes already reveals his many faces: acid techno, African delights, French disco — you name it, he’s got it. And before you ask: yes, he also knows his way around hard-hitting deep house, Detroit techno, and soaring garage house. This side of Marco’s musical universe is explored through his activities under the banner of the Amsterdam-based collective Late Night Burners, of which he is a co-founder.
