Maddy Smith (GB)

Maddy has worked in the digital music space for over a decade, with 8 years of tenure at Universal Music leading digital teams and campaigns at Capitol Records and Polydor, before joining the Music partnerships team at YouTube Music at the start of 2021. In her role as Artist Relations manager, she is passionate about championing female and non-binary artists as well as being vocal about issues surrounding artist mental health and digital burnout.
