Jonathan Winter (CA)

With 15+ years at Monstercat, Jonathan Winter has helped define the label's sound since its inception in 2011. As A&R, he is responsible for both discovering the label's next generation of artists and continuing to develop and elevate the existing roster. Jonathan came to A&R as a producer himself, debuting on the label's inaugural compilation under his alias Going Quantum, and that ear still guides how he identifies talent and builds long-term careers.
