Jeffrey Lens (NL)

Speaker (Triumph Studio)

Jeffrey Lens has been a Dance Music Industry fanatic since he was a young kid. Looking up to the names as Avicii, Afrojack, Hardwell to just name a few. He started making music when he was 16 years old and when he turned 18, he joined the legendary "Herman Brood Academy" in Utrecht, The Netherlands. In his three years at the school he developed himself quickly and started releasing music under the name "Alpharock". With his record "Drop The Guns" he made one of the bigger bangers of 2014 and it was supported by all the big EDM names you could find. Immediately after, he signed with Spinnin' Records to release some more successful records like Pump This Party, FAWL and many more. After a good run touring the world as Alpharock, he decided to take a move in a different direction.

In 2017, Jeffrey started as an A&R / Creative manager at MusicAllstars Publishing to help develop young and aspiring artists/musicians. One year later he also got asked to join the A&R team of the legendary Spinnin' Records as well, in a split role between Spinnin' Records and MusicAllstars Publishing. Under the wing of Jorn Heringa and Roger de Graaf, he learned everything he needed to know to help develop artists on the label side and also on the publishing side in his 5+ years at the companies.

Just recently he made the decision to start his own company called "Triumph Studio" in developing/managing/coaching artists in different sizes and areas. His mission states; it's very hard for the upcoming artist to understand how the politics work in this industry nowadays, I'm here to help them learn and implement the right strategy to reach their goals.

In his first months of launching the company, he already build an impressive music management roster with various DJ Mag Top 100 artists.
