Hugo Bianco (PR)

Hugo Bianco was born in Puerto Rico. His passion for music started out when he was very young at the tender age of 12, when he started playing the piano and taking guitar lessons. He continued to study classical guitar until the age of 14. He then discovered his passion for electronic music and began spinning in local clubs. Hugo moved to Miami at the age of 18 where his passion for deejaying grew and became something he wanted to pursue as a career becoming a professional DJ. Bianco started playing in the best nightclubs in Miami and his sound and unique style got him to share the limelight with many of the movers and shakers of the music industry. His drive to become a renowned DJ propelled him to rock the biggest stages and crowds demanded more. Since then, Bianco has embarked on worldwide tours and has been part of the same lineup as some of the most recognized DJ's in the techno scene including Luciano, Loco Dice, Marco Carola and Carl Cox. In Miami, which he currently calls home, he presently holds residency's at the legendary Club Space and Miami's best techno club Trade, where he hosts his own party called CLIQUE. He frequently plays in New York, Milan, Berlin and Ibiza among other destinations. Recently Bianco has travelled to Ibiza consistently and has made a name for himself in the party island of the world. He was part of Music On, Its All About The Music, playing in Cova Santa and being part of the marathon Music On. Bianco also has been part of global events such as the Ultra Music Festival, The LoveLand Festival, Caribbean Music Festival, The Winter Music Conference, Cocorico and Detroit Milano from Italy. He regularly plays at Miami’s Nikki Beach and Heart Nightclub, New York’s Output and several other venues & festivals in Latin american countries such as Argentina, Cuba, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic and Mexico. For the past several years, Bianco's focus turned to producing his own music and creating his own unique sound. In 2014 he was recognized as one of Beatport's top 100 Techno producers of the year, placing at #22. He also has had multiple charted tracks. His most successful one to date "Taurus", released in March 2014 under Stick Recordings hit #1 in the Techno Charts where it remained for several consecutive weeks. In the latter part of 2014, Hugo decided to open his own record label "Clock Recordings", which has since released top selling tracks with artists such as Adam Beyer, Loco Dice, Richie Hawtin, Carl Cox and Luciano. Since then, Clock Recordings has become a well respected label in the Techno community. Clock Recordings also boasts solid showcases at Club Space Miami and New York City’s Output with more showcases planned globally. Hugo's sound continues to grow as does his love for electronic music. His passion and drive has gotten him where he is today and one can only expect him to reach the goals he has set for himself, elevating the underground music movement and becoming a globally recognized artist and music producer.
