Dennis de Klein (NL)
Started as an intern and ended up running the show.
Dennis walked into TWOFIFTYK in 2010 as a set design intern. Fifteen years, countless shows, and every possible role later, he’s our Operational Manager: the one who keeps the whole machine running smooth.
His path says it all: set design, VJing, tour management, show direction, creative producing - Dennis has done it, led it, and improved it all. With a background in Industrial Design and a Master’s in Interaction Design specializing in lighting, he’s as technical as he is creative. And he’s relentless about details. If something’s off, he’ll spot it. If something’s broken, he’ll fix it. If something seems impossible, he’ll find a way.
At TWOFIFTYK, no task is beneath him and no problem is too small. He’ll rewrite a rundown, wrangle logistics, or step behind the show caller’s desk without breaking a sweat. Sharp, structured, and sometimes brutally honest (in the best way), Dennis is the problem-solver you want in your corner when precision matters most. The one who makes sure the show doesn’t just happen — it works. Every single time.
