Da Pauli (NL)

House music has always been my favourite style of music. With a special love for the harder styles in house music, like oldschool, hardcore and hardtrance. In the period 2000-2002 a new style was born, called hardstyle (now called early hardstyle). I immediately loved this style and started playing this records during my performances in the period 2000-2004. During this period I was infected with another sound: the jump/ tek sound! A style with roots in Belgium and a very nice oldschool flavour. I played many jump tracks in the period 2004-2008. After that period I finished my study on University and graduated in marketing management. I got a great job and started to work on my career. I became very busy and had to make some choices. In 2010 I said goodbye to my dj career to focus on my job. During 2013 I heard some new tracks with a new sound called freestyle. The love was back and I started to play as Da Pauli again. I really missed playing as a dj, so I am glad to be back in business! I hope to see you all somewhere very soon. Freestyle baby!
