Blake Lemoine (US)

Blake Lemoine is a software engineer and artificial intelligence researcher. He has worked on personality modeling, AI bias and social contextual modeling. He has also contributed to the ISO standards on artificial intelligence as well as ISO technical reports on AI bias and ethics. He was fired by Google after sharing conversations he had with their LaMDA system which led him to believe that the system is sentient.
