President of Surprize, President of the Union Chamber for musical and nightlife venues, President of the Association of Cultural Establishments of the Banks of the Seine, Vice-president of the night establishments at the UMIH and General secretary of Pierrots of the Night.

Aurélien Dubois is a young French entrepreneur often qualified as as visionary, who has become a

major figure in events management and more specifically in the electronic music industry.

2011 marks a turning point in his career when he opened Concrete, a daring project and a new type

of establishment that quickly became an authentic institution in Paris.

Building on the success of Concrete, 2 years later Aurélien adventured into organising a festival,

dedicated to electronic music artists. After its’ 3rd edition, Weather festival became one the most important festivals in greater Paris with 52,000 attendees.
