Who Holds the Power After Dark? | Lessons from London’s Nightlife Taskforce

Speaker: Sam Spencer (Broadwick Live), Nathanael Williams (Night Time Taskforce)

Moderator: Lutz Leichsenring (VibeLab)

In 2025, a new Night Time Task Force was launched in London, bringing together grassroots organisers, venue operators, artists and policymakers to co-author a vision for a safer, more equitable and more sustainable nightlife ecosystem. This panel brings four of the contributors together to share the process, findings, and real-world policy recommendations just released in London. It will offer practical insight for other cities, festivals, and organisers navigating structural challenges in nightlife particularly around licensing, inclusion, and community infrastructure.
