Who Holds the Power After Dark? | Lessons from London’s Nightlife Taskforce
Speaker: Nadine Noor (Director & Curator, Pxssy Palace), Sam Spencer (Broadwick Live), Nathanael Williams (Night Time Taskforce)
Moderator: Lutz Leichsenring (VibeLab)
In 2025, a new Nightlife Task Force was launched in London, bringing together grassroots organisers, venue operators, artists and policymakers to co-author a vision for a safer, more equitable and more sustainable nightlife ecosystem. This panel brings four of the contributors together to share the process of setting up and operating the Task Force. It will offer practical insight for other cities, festivals, and organisers navigating structural challenges in nightlife particularly around licensing, inclusion, and community infrastructure.
