Technology is forcing IP owners and legislators to rethink how intellectual property should and could be used, how it should be treated, and what constitutes ‘fair-use’. The session will also be looking at the very nature of the relationship between IP creators and the people who either use or consume their work, and asking how IP legislation should be adapted to be fit for purpose in the 21st century.
