CUE Listening Bar X VARIA INSTRUMENTS | Kléo, Mario Marini, Simon J. Frank and Friends | Friends x 750

This evening is hosted together with Varia instruments. As we are having fun with their RDM20 mixer for a while now we thought its would be nice to host an evening together. We invited Kléo, Mario Marini and Simon J. Frank from Varia will do a set with some friends. Expect them to shake up the room a bit with some deep head nodding house and disco cuts.

Kléo

“House is a feeling, a community, and a celebration of life.” For DJ, producer, and visual artist Kléo aka Clélia Zida, House music is a guiding light. French-born and Amsterdam-based, her love affair with the genre began two decades ago. Schooled by vinyl’s technicalities, her sets span the full spectrum of House. Honouring the legacy of the holy trinity of dance music cities—Chicago, New York, and Detroit—rooted in the Black lineage of Disco, Funk, Soul and Jazz. Kléo embraces the essence of House culture as a movement of resilience, built on the belief that music and dance can dismantle barriers and heal communities. She leads every dancefloor from the heart, with emotion, energy, and togetherness at its core.

Mario Marini

Mario Marini is a DJ, curator, and record dealer based in Nijmegen, Netherlands. Since beginning his musical journey in early 2016, Marini has become known for his deeply eclectic and soulful selections, drawing from rare groove, Balearic boogie, AOR, bubblegum, fusion, and even smooth folk rock.

Simon J. Frank

Simon is known for organic grooves from past decades and a faible for dance music in it’s actual meaning - music to dance to. Simon started collecting records over 15 years ago. As his collection has grown during the past years, his style has evolved too: you can hear Soul, Funk, Disco, Jazz but also House and Broken Beat in one of his sets. His passion and his understanding of DJing led him to found the brand VARIA INSTRUMENTS, where he started building high quality DJ mixers together with a friend. The result is a high quality rotary mixer as an alternative to cheap mass produced mixers for the consumer market.

See you then! Walk-in only for this evening

Not to worry! Make sure to contact the event (or their ticketing provider) you are visiting as soon as possible with as many details about your order; name, email address, amount of tickets, etc. Once they've recovered your order, the tickets can be resent to your email.

Need help to find your event's contact details? Message us at [email protected] and we'll be happy to help.

Most festival events have an age limit of 18+ (and sometimes even 21+ or 23+). These are Dutch governmental rules which state that below the age of 18 you are not allowed to enter a club.

Please double-check the promoter's or venue's website to be sure you can access the event!

Yes, the ADE Pro Pass grants you access to all ADE official festival events.

Be aware though that there are over 1,200 events during ADE that you can enter with the Pro Pass wristband and that ADE cannot guarantee access. There is a limited capacity that each venue can take into account for Pro Pass holders. This means for some of the more crowded events you have to arrive early. Once capacity is reached, we will go over in a full-for-now policy. The festival event organizer will decide when and if more people are allowed to go in.

The ADE Pro Pass is the perfect fit if you are planning on enjoying the combination of day and night events. If you want guaranteed access to a particular festival event, we advise you to get a single festival ticket instead.

We dance together, so please be mindful of yourself and each other. We expect an open attitude from our visitors towards other guests, regardless of their origin, gender, sexual orientation, religion and age. If you see or experience any unwanted attention, harassment or behavior of any kind that makes you uncomfortable, please speak out and notify staff.

Please keep in mind: we love being your annual host, therefore, we would like to ask you to enjoy yourself responsibly.
