~ Getting around Amsterdam by boat

Travel in the most Amsterdam way possible: aboard the Official ADE Silent Disco Boat! From 22–26 October, you’re invited to a pre-party on the canals while on your way to one of the hundreds of events. Your ticket is valid all day, so hop on and off from one venue to another all day long. Stop at one the three central stops: Leidseplein, Damrak, and Rembrandtplein.

~ To Amsterdam by train

From all parts of the Netherlands you can get to Amsterdam by train. Plan your journey via the NS website.

Do you come from abroad? When you arrive at Schiphol Airport, the easiest way to travel to the Amsterdam city center is by train; the station is located directly underneath the airport's arrival hall. The train takes you to Amsterdam Central Station within 20 minutes. Train tickets are available at the ticket office in the airport's main hall and/or from the yellow ticket machines.

~ Cycle around the city

Move around as a real dutchie! You can read more about cycling in Amsterdam here. Make sure to always park your bicycle properly in the designated bicycle spots or barges to prevent it from being removed by the local authorities.
