Victor Flosi (BR)

Victor Flosi holds dual degrees in Economics and Law, as well as a Master’s in International Relations—an academic path that once pointed him toward a diplomatic career in Brazilian politics. However, life took an unexpected turn, leading him to discover his true passion in the world of electronic music. Drawn by the emotional power of the genre, Victor transitioned into the music industry, where he has built a decade-long career.
Today, he considers himself a cultural ambassador of Brazilian electronic music, having represented his country at over 200 festivals across more than 50 countries. His global journey has allowed him to deeply connect with diverse cultures and solidify his belief in the power of networking as a key to success in public relations and the music business.
Since 2016, Victor has been a regular presence at the Amsterdam Dance Event, where he has built strong relationships with key industry players. He has conducted over 400 interviews with major dance music artists for platforms such as Play BPM and Drop Times, further establishing his role as a dedicated promoter and advocate of the electronic music scene in Brazil. In addition, Victor serves as A&R for Cactunes Records, a label committed to developing and showcasing local talent, helping to strengthen and grow Brazil’s electronic music community from the ground up.
