Born in Sicily in 1994, Valentino Fabris Valenti, known as VEFFEV, is an artist forged in the vibrant underground of Catania. After a childhood dedicated to the guitar, his natural evolution led him to find his true voice in techno, quickly becoming a key figure in the local scene through his residency at the renowned Phase 2 parties.

His sound is a sonic architecture guided by instinct and emotion. Industrial textures, rolling basslines, and deep hypnotic tension are the pillars of his style, firmly rooted in the ‘90s techno aesthetic yet driven by a contemporary energy. His sets are built as sonic journeys: raw and uncompromising, where the intensity of the kick drum is balanced by explorations into deep techno and ambient to create depth, contrast, and atmosphere.

His career began on turntables, where he developed an almost purist devotion to vinyl. This analog foundation later evolved into a hybrid approach, where CDJs and turntables engage in a dialogue to merge technical precision with creative flow.

A recent move to Amsterdam marked the beginning of a new chapter. He has shared the decks with artists such as Richie Hawtin, DVS1, Gaetano Parisio, and Zisko, performing at showcases for Tresor, BCCO, and Mutual Rytm, and at clubs like Fuchs2 in Prague.
