Shurk (GB)

Shurk is the dark alter ego of otherwise pleasant and charming Englishman Benjamin Dunkerley. Otherwise known as the bird skeleton plague doctor guy who created Markiplier’s outro, Shurk is the self proclaimed ‘undead wanderer of the cosmos’. His music is steeped in chilling ambience, frosty synths and deadly experimental beats. Few can withstand the blistering heat of Shurk’s crushing basslines; they say it’s like being hit by a ton of bricks. Perhaps this year at ADE, audience members should be advised to wear flame retardant clothes for when they inevitably spontaneously combust.
