Infected with the house music virus in the early 90’s in the Amsterdam nightlife. Started DJ-ing in 1994 with a passion for vinyl, mixing techniques and especially for using these to create a higher state of consciousness in the club.

Specialized in house, club house, progressive house, hi-tech. Had multiple residencies in Amsterdam, among which Bull Dog at Night, DJ Café SOL, Zebra Lounge. Had guest performances in big clubs like iT, Escape, Power Zone.

Nowadays still very much active as a DJ, playing mostly all round gigs. The passion for vinyl and original house music however, has never faded.

Rodney Starson brings you this original sound, in a mix of tracks from iconic labels, classic tracks and unknown or forgotten tracks, all played and mixed from vinyl. He is proud to be a resident DJ at AMW.
