Roberta Hickey (AE)

Roberta is a seasoned artist relations and marketing consultant, after dedicating 11 years to her career in London, in 2022 she made the exciting move to the UAE. Now based in Dubai, Roberta is Head of Talent at MAC Global, Sony Masterworks, with a focus on bringing international talent to the Middle East. Her visionary approach also led to the creation of innovative event intellectual properties (IPs) in the region, with the drum and bass sensation, Project 174, emerging as a standout success story.

With an impressive decade-long career spanning across the EMEA region, Roberta has honed her expertise while working with global powerhouses like MTV, Meta, and Beatport. Her extensive portfolio includes collaboration with iconic DJs such as Carl Cox and Deborah De Luca, as well as involvement in Europe's most thrilling festivals and events, from the prestigious EMA's to the legendary IMS Ibiza.

Recognised for her outstanding contributions to the music industry, Roberta has been lauded as a Music Week Rising Star and acknowledged as a BBC Expert Woman.

In 2019, Roberta founded women in music platform, Little Pink Book, in London and in 2022 expanded to Dubai. This innovative endeavor shines a light on remarkable women in the field while also inspiring the next generation of young women. Roberta also manages Dubai based powerhouse DJ & Producer duo Jenn Getz & Alfie.
